Notice of Change to the Start Time of the Award Ceremony for the 13th International Junior Koi Show

The commemorative event marking the recovery from the Chuetsu Earthquake in Ojiya City will feature a Blue Impulse exhibition flight over the city starting at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 19. As this overlaps with the originally scheduled start time of the award ceremony, the ceremony time will be changed as follows.
